Tailoring Training Center – Chamraua Khaniyadhana

The Tailoring Training Center at Chamraua Khaniyadhana is a skill development initiative focused on empowering individuals—especially women and youth—by providing practical training in stitching and garment making. The center offers hands-on learning in basic to advanced tailoring techniques, helping trainees develop employable skills for self-reliance, small business opportunities, and sustainable livelihoods. This program aims to promote financial independence and confidence through vocational education at the community level.

Women Empowerment

At Lakshya Samudayik Samaj Seva Sansthan, we believe that empowering women is the foundation of a stronger and more progressive society. Our mission is to provide women with the opportunities, resources, and confidence they need to lead independent and dignified lives.

Through skill development programs, self-help groups, and awareness campaigns, we aim to strengthen women’s participation in education, employment, and leadership. We support rural and underprivileged women by offering training in tailoring, handicrafts, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship—helping them become self-reliant and financially independent.

We also organize health and hygiene workshops, legal awareness sessions, and gender equality campaigns to ensure that every woman can live with respect, safety, and equality.

Legal Support for Women

Every woman deserves justice and protection. We stand as guardians of women’s rights, offering free legal support to those facing gender discrimination, domestic violence, and unfair treatment. Our dedicated team of legal experts ensures that no woman suffers in silence. We believe that access to justice should never be limited by financial constraints, and through our comprehensive legal aid program, we empower women to reclaim their dignity and fight for their rightful place in society.

Skill Training for Financial Independence

True empowerment comes through economic independence. We nurture women’s entrepreneurial spirit by teaching them professional tailoring and sewing machine operation skills. Our hands-on training programs don’t just teach techniques – they build confidence and create pathways to sustainable income. We’ve witnessed countless women transform from dependency to self-reliance, supporting their families and contributing meaningfully to their communities. Each stitch they learn becomes a step toward financial freedom and personal empowerment.

Livelihood and Skill Development

Our objective in livelihood and skill development is to enhance opportunities for income generation and self-reliance. We aim to promote skill-based training, encourage learning of practical abilities, and support initiatives that lead to sustainable livelihoods. We conduct computer classes, personality development classes, and hands-on training for the rural youth to equip them with skills that will help them secure a source of income and a way to become self-dependent. This goal is about empowering individuals to achieve financial independence and contribute to the economic strength of their families and communities.

Social Awareness Programs

Knowledge is the foundation of social change. Our comprehensive awareness campaigns address critical issues plaguing our society – gender discrimination, domestic violence, child marriage, POCSO violations, and child rights protection. We conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and community dialogues that spark meaningful conversations and drive behavioral change. Through these programs, we’re not just sharing information; we’re cultivating informed citizens who become advocates for justice and equality in their own communities and beyond.

Health Awareness Initiatives
